Return and Refund Policy

At Homestead Cosmetics, we take pride in the quality of our handmade, natural skincare products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Terms of Return

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Returns requested after 14 days from the delivery date will not be eligible for refund or exchange.

2. Condition of Return

To be eligible for a return:

Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
We cannot accept returns for products that have been opened, tampered with, or used due to hygienic and safety reasons.

3. Valid Reasons for Return

We accept returns only for the following reasons:

The item arrived damaged or defective.
You received the wrong product (wrong item or incorrect variant).
Your order was incomplete or missing items.

We do not offer returns for reasons such as change of mind, allergic reactions, or dislike of scent/texture. Please read product descriptions and ingredient lists carefully before purchasing.

4. How to Initiate a Return

To begin a return:
